Meet Diana
Whole • Human •Worthy
Helping adults navigate anxiety, life transitions, motherhood, relationships, and the beautifully messy work of being human.
I believe your humanity is the reason you deserve support—not the reason you need to earn it.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Perinatal Mental Health Certified therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationships, motherhood, grief and the everyday pressure of trying to hold everything together.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable and deeply caring. On the outside, they often seem like they’re managing just fine. On the inside, they are exhausted by worry, self-doubt, perfectionism, or the feeling that they are carrying more than anyone realizes.
I know what it's like to juggle responsibilities, question yourself, and wonder whether everyone else got a handbook you somehow missed.
(And no, I still haven't found that handbook.)
For a long time, I thought the goal was to get better at holding it all together.
What I've learned—both personally and professionally—is that healing rarely comes from becoming a "better" version of yourself. It comes from learning that you were never meant to carry life perfectly in the first place.
A few things about me
Current favorite therapy metaphor: You can be the juiciest peach on the tree and some people still won’t like peaches. It’s not your job to become an apple.
Coffee order: A warm French vanilla coffee that I take two sips of and reheat a few times before realizing I need water.
When I'm not working: Listening to audio books, browsing in thrift stores, slowly trying to convince myself I should try gardening.
What Therapy is Like with Me
Therapy isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about finding a space where you can understand yourself with more compassion, understanding, curiosity and honesty.
I believe transformative therapy happens when you feel safe enough to be fully yourself- without feeling the need to apologize, perform, say the perfect thing or have it all figure out.
Here’s what you can expect
Therapy that's thoughtful, collaborative, and uniquely yours.
Collaborative
We'll work together. You're the expert on your life, and I'm here to offer guidance, perspective, and practical support.
Compassionate
Every part of you is welcome here. You'll be met with warmth, curiosity, and compassion—not judgment.
Honest
We'll celebrate your strengths while gently exploring patterns that may no longer be serving you.
Practical
You'll leave with insight, tools, and strategies you can actually use so growth feels possible—not overwhelming.
Therapy isn’t one size fits all
Every person brings a unique story, history, personality, culture, and set of strengths into therapy. Together, we'll tailor our work to fit your goals, values, and what feels most helpful to you.
